Those who jogged or cycled for 40 minutes a day lasted an average of five minutes 30secs during sex.
The same applied to fellas who walked briskly for 90 minutes a day. But others who walked for less than 30 minutes a week managed only three minutes — and some climaxed in as little as 20 seconds.
Experts said a sedentary lifestyle can damage a man’s sexual performance and is linked to impotence and premature ejaculation.
An estimated one in four men suffers from the problem which can often wreck relationships.
But the latest research shows exercise could be a simple cure.
Doctors at Ankara Training and Research Hospital in Turkey tracked 250 men.
They concluded: “Premature ejaculation was less frequent in men doing regular physical activity.”
