Massive fire strikes Westchester mansion valued at $3.5M

A massive fire broke out at a mansion in Scarsdale early Monday morning.

The multi-million dollar home — which has 7 bedrooms and 8 baths — went up in flames sometime before 2 a.m., according to officials.

Cops at the scene said they believed everyone got out safely.

The early morning blaze was still raging as of 3:30 a.m. — with dozens of firefighters working to try and control it. Authorities blocked off Mamaroneck Rd, where the residence is located, as a result.

According to Zillow, the “stunning English Manor home” sits on over an acre of level property “in the desirable Murray Hill section of Scarsdale.”

“This Beautifully Renovated Residence, w/Bright Expansive Rooms, Is a Perfect Blending of Rich Architecture w/Today’s Luxurious Amenities,” a description says.

The mansion sold for $2,725,000 last July, but was valued at $3.5 million. It’s unclear who owns it.
