In my town, the lunchtime takeaway drivers are the worst. They will park wherever.
They don’t care if they are blocking the roads – even on a one-lane street they’ll stop the car.
Sometimes they’ll stick the hazards on – thinking it justifies hogging the middle of the road – and go and get a six quid hamburger. That meal ends up costing them the burger and the fifty quid PCN too when I slap a ticket on their windscreen.
