Horrific moment man smashes bag of human feces into woman's face on NYC subway platform as violent attacks escalate

REVOLTING footage shows a man smearing human feces on the face and head of a subway passenger in New York City last week.

During rush hour in the Bronx last Monday, the unnamed victim was waiting for her train when the unassuming attacker made his approach.

The clip shared by NBC 4 shows the man carrying what looks like a black plastic bag with him as he walks toward the seated woman.

Then, he abruptly smashes the bag into her face and hair, covering the victim with feces.

The awful incident happened at the southbound platform at the East 241st Street station around 5.15pm.

No arrests have been made. Police have urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.

Vile and violent subway attacks have been in the news several times this year, leaving New York City residents uneasy.

Just last week, CCTV footage captured an assailant attacking Dr Nina Rothschild with a hammer at Queens Plaza station in NYC.

She was found in the subway station by cops before being rushed to hospital in critical condition.

Dr Rothschild suffered from a fractured skull with multiple lacerations to her head.

On Sunday, 57-year-old William Blount was arrested in connection with the attack.

And Michelle Go was pushed to her death on Saturday, January 15 by a homeless man.

She was shoved onto the tracks by a homeless man at Time Square who turned himself into transit officers following the attack.

“This incident was unprovoked and the victim does not appear to have any interaction with the subject,” NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said during an afternoon press conference.
