Horrific video evidence shows torture by prison officers in a Russian penal colony, say human rights lawyers. The footage has now led to a formal criminal investigation. Naked inmate Evgeny Makarov is pinned to a table and appears to be naked from the waist down as he is viciously attacked by up to 10 prison warders.
