Florida woman ‘accidentally killed boyfriend by zipping him in suitcase in hide-and-seek game gone wrong’ – The Sun

A FLORIDA woman was arrested on suspicion of murder in Orlando on Tuesday after allegedly zipping her boyfriend in a suitcase and leaving him to die.

Sarah Bone, 42, is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder but reportedly told detectives she was just playing "hide and seek" with partner Jorge Torres, 42.

It is alleged that Boone, 42, zipped her boyfriend inside a suitcase and did not return for hours, Orange County Sheriff's Office said.

Fox 35 Orlando reported that Boone allegedly told police that they thought it would be funny if he got inside the suitcase.

Boone apparently told police that the couple were drinking and she passed out on her bed. Hours later, she claimed she woke up and found him not breathing.

The police arrived to find Jorge dead, with a small laceration on his lip and what appeared to be bruising around his eye, Fox 35 reported.

Two videos were found on her phone after the incident, according to police.

In one of the videos, taken just after 11pm, boyfriend Jorge can be heard yelling for help while inside the suitcase, with Boone responding, "that's what I feel like when you cheat on me".

A video posted on the official Twitter page of the sheriff's office on Wednesday showed a handcuffed Boone, dressed in a grey t-shirt and jeans, being led by an officer to a police vehicle.

Boone is also heard laughing and saying, "For everything you've done to me, f*** you! Stupid!"

Police said that Torres called out to Boone saying he couldn't breathe, to which she responded, "That's on you. Oh, that's what I feel like when you choke me."

Boone was arrested after a preliminary investigation was carried out by homicide detectives.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
