Ex-Playboy model found strangled in her bedroom

A former Playboy model was found dead inside her suburban Philadelphia home, police said Thursday.

Cops in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania, were doing a welfare check on 36-year-old Christina Carlin-Kraft on Wednesday night, police said.

That’s when she was found strangled inside her condo’s bedroom in the 100 block of Sibley Avenue, authorities said.

Officers had been to same condo complex on Saturday investigating a robbery – but it wasn’t immediately clear if that crime had anything to do with Carlin-Kraft’s death, law enforcement sources told WTXF-TV.

Back in March, 2016, Carlin-Kraft got into a tussle with the manager of The Smith restaurant in the Upper West Side in a dispute over the bill.

She was initially charged with misdemeanor assault, attempted assault and harassment. But the complaint was dismissed as long as Carlin-Kraft kept out of trouble for six months.
