Kevin Wayou, 23, passed “nothing of substance” despite eating and drinking as normal while held by police. No drugs were spotted when he did finally have a poo.
But Wayou eventually admitted having cocaine and heroin with intent to supply when the case reached court.
Wayou, of Portsmouth, had been arrested in a raid in Banbury, Oxon, where £3,000 was hidden in a washing machine.
Details emerged when a judge cut his sentence from five years to four on appeal.
In March a drug suspect in Brixton, South London, was released without charge amid fears for his health after he went an eye-watering 47 days without a poo.
