‘Cupid of Chaos’ busted for bigamy vanishes from halfway house after sentencing

A state-hopping bigamist nicknamed the “Cupid of Chaos” vanished this week after pleading guilty to criminal charges, authorities said Friday.

Loser lothario Michael Middleton, 43 — who married four women in four states to get his hands on their money — disappeared from a halfway house in Delaware and is now wanted by police, according to authorities and his probation officer.

The feckless four-timer had pleaded guilty to bigamy charges last month, and his one-year prison sentence was reduced to five years probation on condition of good behavior.

The serial hubby began living in a transitional housing unit in Dover, telling his probation officer May 1 that he planned to move to a homeless shelter in Portsmouth, NH.

But when officers showed up to check on him in Dover, he was nowhere to be found — and his phone line had been disconnected, authorities said. Police issued a warrant for his arrest Wednesday.

“His whereabouts are unknown, and it is respectfully recommended the court issue a warrant for his arrest,” his probation officer, Gregory Mourgenos, said in court papers.

Between 2006 and 2016, Middleton married four women — one each in New Hampshire, Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky — and fathered a child with one of them.

The rogue Romeo was busted for bigamy in Ohio in February. Middleton’s lawyer did not return a call seeking comment.
