Bronx man kidnapped, raped girlfriend after she cheated on him: prosecutors

A Bronx man was busted Tuesday for kidnapping his girlfriend and her 7-year-old son in Manhattan — then breaking her jaw and raping her because she’d been unfaithful, federal authorities said.

On Oct. 5, Aquilino Torres approached the woman and her son. “If you don’t come with me, I’ll kill your son,” spewed the cuckolded lover, according to a criminal complaint.

He took them to a Bronx motel and allegedly beat the son. After the child fell asleep, he dragged the mother into the bathroom.

“You think you slick,” he allegedly seethed, before pummeling her in the face and body until she bled, the Manhattan federal complaint states. He then forced himself on her.

The next day, the trio took an Uber to a Washington Heights apartment, where he allegedly held them captive for five days.

“I’m going to be like the shirt on your back. No matter where you go, I’ll find you,” he allegedly told her.

At one point, Torres tied the woman’s hands to a bed frame to prevent her from leaving the apartment when he went out, court papers charge.

He returned later that day and started snorting cocaine in front of the woman and her son then allegedly raped her again, the complaint states.

On Oct. 10, Torres became irate and allegedly choked and smacked the victim, ordering her to tell her son to look away. When her son failed to do so, Torres beat him, the complaint alleges.

During one of the assaults, the victim suffered a broken jaw.

Later that day when Torres left the apartment, the brave woman and her son escaped.

For one hour Torres flooded her phone with menacing messages, threatening to find her and to post a naked photo of her online.

She was taken to the hospital where doctors said her jaw had been broken in several places and required surgery, court papers say.

Torres is charged with two counts of kidnapping, for which he faces up to life in prison.
