Her op was one of her first purchases after scooping a £1million prize aged just 17 in 2013.

Edinburgh lass Jane then went on to splash out on other cosmetic procedures including a Turkish bum lift that left her suffering a horror allergic reaction.

And so fond was she of spending her new-found fortune that Jane nearly blew the lot before her family had to intervene.

But telling of her boob joy, Jane wrote on Instagram: "To my fun bags. You bring me so much joy and we’ve had a blast. Here’s to the next four."

Last month Jane opened up about her bum lift horror after a British mum died in Turkey following the same op.

Shs feared she would die after having a severe reaction to the anaesthetic when she travelled to Turkey last year for the surgery.

Mum-of-three Leah Cambridge, 29, suffered three heart attacks while having a £5,000 Brazilian bum lift op she wanted because she felt self-conscious about her “mum tum” after giving birth.

Jane underwent the surgery in the same country last June but was left fighting for her life.

She said: "It was horrible. I couldn’t even open my eyes. It makes me sick thinking about it.

"When I woke up I was very cold and sore and I was told "you’ll come round a bit" and when I did I got up to go to the toilet and I was truly swollen from head to toe.

"I thought I was going to die. I didn’t know what was wrong with me and they said I’d had a reaction to the local anaesthetic.

"The aftercare wasn’t good at all. I was crying and in pain.

"I was just told, 'You’ve paid for having this done'."

Jane has spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery after becoming obsessed with glamorous celebrities on social media.

She decided to have a Brazilian Butt Lift, which sees fat extracted from the waist and injected into the buttocks.

It is popular among women seeking the benefits of a flatter stomach and more pert behind.

She said: "I saw loads of celebs, from The Only Way Is Essex and things, on social media and it just seemed like an easier route to lose weight

"In the procedure they take fat from unwanted places and put into your bottom and the thought of getting a bigger bum and taking that fat was great.

"For a couple of months I looked at clinics and I researched the celebrities who had it done and they said it was fine and all good.

"I know that when you go under general anaesthetic there’s a chance of things going wrong but I was of the impression that I was being closely monitored."

Jane is now warning others to steer clear of the surgery, adding: "Don’t do it. People need to fully research it.

"Message someone who’s had it done to find out their experience. If I knew what was going to happen, I would have never have done it."
