Shocking footage shows an enraged Vauxhall driver attacking a Mercedes motorist’s car with a Henry Hoover before his rival runs him over in the street.
The two men were filmed arguing on Victoria Road in Middlesbrough earlier today by shocked witnesses.
A green Mercedes and a black Vauxhall Vectra can be seen ramming each other in the residential road.

The driver of the Vectra, who is wearing a black coat and jeans, then gets out of his car and opens the boot before pulling on a hoover.
He can be seen launching the red Henry Hoover at the Mercedes, apparently trying to smash the glass window.

Another pedestrian then intervenes, grabbing the angry man and pushing him towards a shop on the other side of the street
In another short clip from the incident the green Mercedes is then seen revving its engine and quickly turning down the road by the shop.
The man tries to smash the glass window before another pedestrian pulls him away
The Mercedes quickly turns down the road next to a shop and hits, left and right, the man
The driver then takes off and hits a man who is outside of the corner shop.
Several people run after the car and rush to check whether the man is ok.
The injuries of the man are not known and it is believed police are looking into the incident
