Who is Joe Wilkinson?

Joe Wilkinson is a British comedian who was born and raised in Kent.

The star's career began in 2004 at open mic nights in local pubs before he began to tour venues such as Edinburgh Fringe.

He then began featuring in TV shows from 2010, with appearances on The Rob Brydon Show, Comedy Lab, My Funniest Year as well as a role in BBC Three's Him & Her.

Joe has performed two major tours in his career: My Mum's called Stella and my Dad's called Brian and The Joe Wilkinson Experience.

The comedian married Petra Exton in July 2015 and the pair live together in Brighton.

Does Joe appear on 8 out of 10 Cats?

Joe has made regular appearances on 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2011 before going on to appear on the spin-off show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.

During the show he often stands in as Rachel Riley's assistant and is known to appear in costumes and perform stunts.

Joe has most recently starred in Netflix's original series, Sex Education, as well as Ricky Gervais' Netflix drama, After Life.

When does Celebrity Bake Off 2019 for SU2C start?

The Great Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off airs every Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 4.

The five episode series kicks off on March 5, 2019 and airs one episode per week.

Joe will compete against the likes of Russell Brand, Rylan Clark-Neal, Our Girl's Michelle Keegan, Love Island's Caroline Flack, presenter Jeremy Paxman, The Crown's John Lithgow and Georgia Toffolo.

The special will be have the usual host and judges: Paul Hollywood, Prue Leith, Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig.
