COMEDIAN Andrew Rivers recently unveiled that he dated Katie Thurston, the new lead for season 17 of The Bachelorette.
Earlier this week, the first promo for Katie's Bachelorette season dropped.
Who is Bachelorette star Katie Thurston's ex Andrew Rivers?
Andrew Rivers is a stand-up comedian and the ex-boyfriend of Katie Thurston.
Based in Seattle, the funny man boasts 10,000 Instagram followers.
Andrew joked about his relationship with Katie in his stand-up act on April 4.
“I went out with this girl a couple of times over the summer, and one night, we were about to hook up but she just got a random nosebleed,” comedian Andrew Rivers recalled in a video posted to his Instagram.

“That kind of killed the vibe, so we never ended up hooking up that night. And then because of scheduling, I went on tour and she had her own thing, we just never got to hang out again."
Andrew went on to name her as "the dildo girl" in reference to the first time Katie met former Bachelor Matt James and handed him a vibrator.
“Now there’s a girl I like on television with a vibrator,” the comedian continued. “I was kind of rooting for her, but I was also like, ‘I hope you get second place.'”
The video was filmed before it was announced that Katie would be the new Bachelorette lead.
“I feel like she owes me,” the comedian joked. “Because if we hooked up, she wouldn’t be the dildo girl. … I want some royalties.”

Katie's season was reportedly so successful it wrapped early.
Insiders shared the franchise's new star was "in control" and very quickly sent lots of men home.
Sources said: “Katie was in control and made sure the men she wanted were there and the men she wasn’t interested in, she sent packing.”
They added filming “went great and it wrapped a week ahead of schedule.”
Production began in New Mexico in March and wrapped on Saturday, April 24.

Katie Thurston may have revealed she's in a new healthy relationship.
She reportedly recently wrapped her show season early by quickly sending home men she wasn't interested in dating.
Katie shared an Instagram video captioned: "Can’t start a healthy relationship without being healthy. Got my vaccine today! #covidvacccine"
In the video, she said: "Oh, good morning. Did I sleep on my couch? Yes. But is today a great day for a vaccine? Absolutely.
"Am I gonna shower first? No, it's early. Who showers before 10? Last night's makeup, today's smokey eye,
"Look, I hate getting shots, but I'm not doing this for me. I do this for my mom, who is an essential worker, or my sister who is pregnant, or my nieces and nephews who are still in school. I do it for my grandparents, my friends, my community, for you.
She then thanked the worker who gave her the vaccine and concluded "so do your part. Get the vaccine. Let's fight this together."
