The Doctor Who team were also spotted in Sheffield alongside the Tardis in February.

Later on, the cast was seen in Monmouth and Gosport, too.

When will Doctor Who's new season start on BBC One?

Doctor Who series 11 will air on Sunday, October 7, 2018, on BBC One.

The first episode will be an hour-long special starting at 6:45 pm.

The new series will run for ten weeks with 50-minute episodes.

Who's in the cast of Doctor Who series 11?

The BBC made worldwide news when they announced the casting of Jodie Whittakeras the first ever female incarnation of the Doctor.

Bradley Walsh will be joining Doctor Who as a companion along with Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill.

It's unclear if Nardole – played by Matt Lucas – will return for the eleventh series.

Other confirmed cast members include Alan Cumming, Lee Mack, and Sharon D Clarke.
