So when Season 8’s Natalie Mordovtseva complained about longtime love Mike Youngquist’s career, it seemed pretty lame in comparison. Mike and Natalie have had a rocky relationship, culminating in a canceled wedding and Mike calling Natalie “ugly on the inside” while she claimed to have a higher I.Q. than him.
Sound healthy? Not quite. Natalie had been criticizing Mike’s family farm in Sequim, Wash., since she first arrived there. According to Screen Rant, Mike went into $30,000 debt after purchasing his ancestral 130-year old property that spans 27 acres from his father. Mike Youngquist may not have cemented his love for fiancee Natalie Mordovtseva, but he sure knows how to pour concrete. Per Stars Offline, Mike works for White Cap, “one of America’s largest suppliers of power tools and specialty materials to professional concrete contractors.”
The firm is a “one-stop shop” with over 300,000 professional-grade products ranging from specialty hardware to ladders. “White Cap serves professional contractors through the entire project lifecycle as the nation’s leading construction supplies distributor,” its slogan states, highlighting residential and industrial options for clients.
On the company website, Mike is listed as the Seattle branch manager. According to Screen Rant, the average salary for a position like Mike’s is roughly $42,000 per year.
Fans are convinced that Mike didn’t let Natalie go just yet: the couple received a marriage license in April 2020 and are rumored to be expecting a baby, per Screen Rant. Seems like Natalie learned to live with Mike’s professional choices! Or she just realized his assets will come in handy if she needs to seek spousal support for a third divorce…
