Bancroft – January 1
Sarah Parish is making a comeback as dodgy detective Elizabeth Bancroft and this time she’ll be facing even more pressure as she becomes increasingly isolated.
The Voice – January 4
Also, making a comeback will be ITV’s singing contest as hopefuls try to get the coaches to turn for them during the blind auditions.
The Masked Singer – January 4
After proving to be a big hit in the US, The Masked Singer is coming to British shores. The premise: a celebrity with a hidden identity performs on the show with the judging panel of Jonathan Ross, Ken Jeong, Davina McCall and Rita Ora trying to guess their identity.
Dancing on Ice – January 5
ITV’s skating reality series is surrounded by much hype this year as the show features its first same-sex couple, pipping BBC rivals Strictly Come Dancing to the milestone.
Expect a new crop of famous faces hoping to impress Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean and the rest of the ice panel.
