Holly and Phil open Thursday’s edition of This Morning
As Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have been confirmed to host This Morning on Monday despite rumours of a “feud” their co-star Ateh Jewel has weighed in on the claims.
Speaking to Express.co.uk at the 2023 BAFTA Television Awards, Ateh insisted the team at This Morning are “so tight” and the “best”.
Asked about what it’s like behind-the-scenes, she shared: “Everyone is so much fun, it is like a party.
“I don’t think you’re allowed on that show if you’re not going to party.
“Everyone is really fun and it’s the best fun and I love my This Morning family, I love Good Morning Britain and Glow Up, everything.
“I just love being with really fun people.”
Probed on recent rumours of a “feud” between Holly and Phillip, Ateh stated: “The This Morning team and family team are so tight and they are the best.”
ITV confirmed to Express.co.uk the pair would return to This Morning to host together amid reports their friendship has become “unfixable”.
Earlier this week, sources claimed their friendship had “cooled” and they “barely speak” off camera.
An insider told The Sun: “To those around them on set, it has become clear recently that Holly and Phil are not as close as they once were.

“Professionally you would have no idea there was anything going on because on camera they are acting exactly the same.
“But behind the scenes their relationship has cooled.”
On Thursday evening, Phillip issued a statement declaring Holly his “rock” and insisted they are “the best of friends”.
He said: “As I have said before, Holly is my rock. We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone.
“Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin. And I’ve been there for her.
“The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us.
“My family went through a real ordeal, and Holly’s support throughout meant the world to me – as did the support of my bosses at ITV, my editor Martin Frizell and the whole This Morning family, including our amazing viewers.”
Holly has yet to address the rumours but took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon to wish her sister Kelly a happy birthday.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10am.
