This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield spoke to TOWIE star James Argent about his weight gain today.
James spoke to them about how much he had been trolled online about how much weight he has put on in recent months.
Viewers felt for James as he was told by Dr Ranj that he is “significantly obese and needs to use ten stone” to be healthy.
As Arg opened up about how hard he has found it to keep the weight off, fans took to social media to worry for him.
One fan posted: “Arg looks so miserable.”
Another added: “Arg you looked very sad on this morning. You can do this.”
A third chipped in: “My heart goes out to Argent been told on live tv you need to lose 10 stone must be so hard to swallow!”
