The Pussycat Dolls plagued with 68 Ofcom complaints after Saturday Night Takeaway performance

The Pussycat Dolls are reported to have been hit with more complaints over their recent performance on Saturday Night Takeaway, which took a jibe at previous criticism over their The X Factor Celebrity skit last year.

Nicole Scherzinger, 41, Ashley Roberts, 38, Kimberly Wyatt, 37, Carmit Bachar, 45, and Jessica Sutta, 37, mocked those who called their November performance a “strip show” with the help of hosts Ant and Dec on their show Saturday Night Takeaway last week.

The singers performed a medley of their greatest hits while Ant and Dec hilariously attempted to “censor” the women with various props.

The end of the hilarious performance sees Ant and Dec getting their kit off and using it to try and cover up the women, who are tickled as it’s the presenters who end up in their underwear while each of the singers pose in Ant and Dec’s shirts, blazers and trousers.

The act, which took a jibe at the more than 400 complaints received by Ofcom over their “raunchy” performance on The X Factor the year before, was by viewers on Twitter.

One wrote: “Massive fan of @antanddeccompletely taking the p**s out of everyone who likes to complain and be offended about everything. And Sherzinger is still magnificent.” [sic]
