THE Bay fans have slammed copper Lisa Armstrong for being a ‘bad mum’ and claim she’s ruining the show.
The police woman – played by Morven Christie – has been too busy dealing with the murder and disappearance of a pair of twins to spend much time with her own kids, Abbie and Rob.
During the fourth episode of the ITV series last night, Abbie was forced to continue drug dealing by manipulative builder Vincent.
Meanwhile her brother Rob has been caught in an increasingly dangerous online game of dares, and despite wanting to break away from it, he looked like he was going to steal his grandmother's ring at the end of last night's episode.
Lisa's home situation left fans raging, with many taking to Twitter to comment on how terrible a parent she is.
One wrote: "Lisa is a bad mother #TheBay."
Another added: "Is Lisa the sh***est parent ever? #thebay."
A third agreed, writing: "Lisa is an appalling mother, why doesn't she ever talk to her children ? #thebay."
Other viewers felt like the character was so awful, she was ruining their enjoyment of the entire series.
One wrote on Twitter: "Lisa is a really unlikeable character #thebay."
Another shared: "Lisa is ruining #TheBay she’s so unlikable."
Last night's episode finally revealed that missing teen Holly was alive and well.
However many viewers think she was dared to kill her twin brother Dylan as part of a sinister game being played by teenagers in the town.
