1. Connie is still suffering the after-effects of her attack and is having trouble sleeping. She doesn’t feel safe at home, but at least she’s more like her usual confident self at work. Then a patient reacts strangely when she hears Connie’s name. When the patient’s partner arrives in the department he’s unusually hostile and threatening and Connie works out where she’s met him before. Could he be the person who attacked her?
2. Ruby tells Jan (Di Botcher) she’s nervous about what to say to Iain when he comes back to work.
3. David apologises to Charlie for pushing him last week. Normally that would be the end of things, but Charlie isn’t behaving like his usual self and goes to Fletch to make an official complaint. David is summoned to Fletch’s office – and it’s not good news.
4. Jade (Gabriella Leon) gets news of her nursing registration – but doesn’t choose the best time to make an announcement.
5. Dani is super-keen to be a paramedic and keeps turning up at the ambulance station unannounced. Ruby advises her about what career steps to take – but could it be that Dani’s interest is more in Ruby herself?
6. Will (Jack Nolan) has a patient who is displaying some very troubling symptoms. Against the advice of Archie (Genesis Lynea) and Robyn (Amanda Henderson), Will decides he can handle the situation himself, but will he end up helping or making things worse?
7. Duffy realises that Charlie is willing to put David’s future on the line for the sake of protecting her and she makes a decision to come clean about her dementia diagnosis to her colleagues.
