The comedian,31. took to his Instagram to upload a story of him taking a break during late night rehearsals.
In the clip a five-second countdown happens before the camera focuses on Seann’s face as he munches on some watermelon.
Addressing the camera as he chews, he says: “ Alright? So the diet of a dancer is watermelon – very good fruit, no carbohydrates.
“And then, followed by chicken and vegetable…”
Before he’s interrupted by Katya’s voice calling his name in the background and beckoning him to return to rehearsals.

Following the controversy his social media got inundated by harsh words from disgruntled former fans.
Last week fans took to commenting on his last Instagram picture brandishing him a "pig" and "disgusting" among other things.
His former supporters blasted his actions just hours after he had received praise for his Strictly routine.
One person told him: “Literally the only thing you will ever be known for is being that guy who so publicly cheated on his girlfriend like an absolute twat. Bye career – I hope you get booed to f**k on sat.”
Another blasted: “Vile bearded gimp….off you go matie…forever known for ditching your girlfriend on her birthday with another's mans wife….”
While someone else added: “No one likes a marriage breaker, should have kept in your trousers. Shameful.”
Following the kiss, Seann has been dumped by his girlfriend of five years, Rebecca Humphries, but Katya's husband Neil Jones has kept tight-lipped on the status of their marriage – only commenting on the dances.
The Sun exclusively revealed today that a deep rift had developed backstage among the Strictly contestants following the cheating scandal.
Some of the stars want the pair to be voted off the show to get rid of the 'toxic atmosphere' their affair has caused.
Insiders say some of the professional dancers and celebrities feel sorry for Katya's husband, fellow Strictly star Neil Jones, and are firmly on #TeamNeil.
Not only is Neil a hugely popular member of the Strictly family, he is also respected as a talented choreographer.
As a result, Katya and Seann are being shunned by some of their fellow Strictly stars, aside from Karen Clifton – who was involved in her own scandal last year.
A source told The Sun Online: "Katya is very much the star of the Jones household with Neil not having a celebrity partner on the show.
"But behind the scenes things could not be more different – Neil is a top bloke and an all round good egg.
"He's also an extremely talented choreographer who lends his time and talent to helping lots of the celeb pairings choreograph their routines.
"He has the full support of everyone on the show. They really feel for him.
"Katya and Seann on the other hand have become isolated, but Karen Clifton supporting Katya because she was on the receiving end last year.
"Everyone else is very much #TeamNeil."
Comic Seann's behaviour has been described as "cocky and arrogant" after the indiscretion – and the insider says that, for the first time in the show's history, there is a genuine atmosphere backstage.
They continued: "Seann's sheer arrogance and cockiness is unforgivable. Katya has been a little more subdued than usual, but he has shown no remorse whatsoever.
"It's the first time there has ever been a divide in the camp, and that it is becoming more marked as the days go on with the feeling being that the sooner they go the sooner everyone else can get back to being 'the Strictly family'."
