Strictly is back on Saturday as the four remaining couples take to the dancefloor for the last time. CBBC presenter Molly Rainford managed to avoid the dance-off this week, having won over the judges with her powerful Paso Doble. However, professional dancer Gary Edwards said she may not be getting the same support from the public.
Molly has found herself in the bottom two a number of times, despite having placed high on the leaderboard.
The judges told her in order to get through to the final, she needed to relax and let her personality shine through.
She went on to wow the panel with her Paso Doble to Survivor, with her partner Carlos Gu.
When the pair found out they were in the final, Carlos could not hold back his tears of gratitude and happiness.
Yet dance expert Gary Edwards told Express.co.uk she may struggle to win over the public at the final hurdle.
He said: “I think Molly looks bad in the eyes of the audience but I think she was the best dancer on the night, by far.
“Dance-wise I think Molly is still number one, and when you don’t see her performing she has charisma.
“But when on the dancefloor, she’s focusing so much that her personality disappears.
“She seems such a lovely person but when she’s dancing she just looks like a great, generic dancer.
“Which is a huge compliment in many ways, but I think she just loses her personality.
“She’s by far the best dancer technically from my perspective.
“I gave her Paso a 10, it was one of the best Pasos I have seen on Strictly technically.
“She was my winner on the night. But again the personality just wasn’t there.

“She defines the dance and tells the story but I just don’t see Molly. Her personality is not being transferred to show night.”
Hopefully, Molly will learn to let loose after the judges’ comments and will go into the final with a different approach.
After hearing the results at the weekend, she took to Instagram to express her excitement.
She said: “Words can’t describe this feeling. Nobody understands just how grateful we are to not only be Strictly Come Dancing 2022 FINALISTS but to get to that place in the final all thanks your support and votes.
“It means the absolute world. Thank you so so much! From day 1 I dreamt of going all the way to the final with @gkx_carlos.
“I thought that if I could be his first partner ever and get him there it would be a memory we would never forget.
“With the all knock backs we’ve had in this competition that dream started to look a lot harder to accomplish.
“But that song and that Paso doble in particular really showed just how strong as a partnership we have become.
“Taking the low points, using them as motivation and never giving up. Carlos you truly are incredible.
“Thank you for believing in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself. So glad we were partnered together all those months ago, I couldn’t have done any of this without you.” [Sic]
