The comedian has made it to week three, but has already caused the professional a number of injuries in a short space of time.
Speaking to The Mirror, he said: "The list of injuries I’ve given Katya is long.
“I dropped her on her back and she lost two nails, and I felt so bad I was genuinely in tears.
“I’d already knocked into her during a mistake in a dance, and she stabbed herself in the forehead with one of her nails.
"Then, during the dress rehearsal last Saturday, I accidentally chucked her into the stairs next to the judges’ desk.”
However Katya, 29, has been getting her own back as she pushes him in the training room.
Seann, 32, revealed: "She keeps prodding me in my belly with a pen.
“I spoke to Joe McFadden to ask if Katya did the same to him [on last years series, which they won], and he said she used to scratch him.
"So now she scratches me too.”
Despite his clumsiness in training, Seann is hoping to impress the judges with his Paso Doble to the Matrix theme tune in this week's Movie Week.
The funnyman is keen to make amends after messing up his Jive on last week's show, which lead Katya to give him a murderous look.
He recalled: "I don’t know any other look, frankly. I messed up immediately.
"There was no point in which I was doing the dance properly.
“I got a step wrong and part of my brain was working out how to get back into the dance.
"But most of it was thinking, ‘Oh my God, Katya’s going to kill me. She’s so angry’.
“I thought I’d turn around at the end and say, ‘Oh my God, I’m so sorry,’ and she’d laugh it off. But that’s not what happened.”
