The Loose Woman star made the wrong choice in shorts for the energetic occasion.
The telly presenter had a fun-filled day of gymnastics with her son Zack and beau Joe Swash when she made the epic fashion fail.
But true to her bubbly personality, Stacey,28, saw the funny side of her mishap.
She placed a comical blue heart emoji over the area in question to protect her modesty.
In her fun post, she shares videos of her, Zack and Joe attempting to master their gymnastic skills.
The 28-year-old wrote a lengthy caption to accompany her upload.
Acknowledging her ill-advised choice of clothing, she wrote: "OK I’m all about being real
"But this may have been a little too real for all of you…definitely chose the wrong shorts for our day of fun.."
The star went on to explain the motivation behind their choice in activity:
"Not sure we would make it in the circus, but we had had an absolute ball trying!
"We tried our hand at circus skills as part of @GrouponUK’s #SummerUnfiltered campaign, which is all about celebrating ‘real’ this summer
"The good, the mad and the unplanned – and sharing those pics of everyday life with the family."
Stacey gushed about having "the best time" and even joked that " we might have to install an aerial hoop in the house so we can practice!"
The TV star often pokes fun of herself on social media – just days ago she uploaded a hilarious snap of her being very windswept on the front of a luxury boat.
Fans were quick to praise the smiley TV personality for the candid photo.
