This isn't the first time the beautiful 28-year-old has been linked with a man who's already taken – step forward Liam Payne, Jay-Z and Conor McGregor.
A source close to the star tells Sun Online: "Rita's loved attention from men from a young age and sometimes she forgets it’s not always appropriate.
"She knows she can be one of the guys but she’s also ultra sexy. She ticks all the boxes for a lot of men as she flaunts her incredible figure – and is outgoing and loves to party.
"When she was younger, even before she was famous, she was cashing in on her sexuality. She knows she’s desirable."
Even Rita herself acknowledges her flirtatious nature: "The thing is, even when I am at home, I really play on the flirty thing. I do it as a joke and I think some people think it’s serious."

'Charming' David Beckham at a fashion party
This isn't the first time Rita Ora has hit the headlines for hanging out with David Beckham.
Rita was first connected to the Beckhams in 2013, when she dated his best friend, football agent Dave Gardner from February to May that year.
Dave – who is married to Liv Taylor – and Rita have remained friends, with Rita attending his 40th birthday party in 2016 where David was also a guest.
Her splitting up with Dave Gardner obviously didn't cool Beckham's friendship with Rita – he was pictured looking entranced by Rita, nuzzling her neck when they partied together in Cannes last year.
She was the first celebrity visitor to his £3million West London pub in October this year, and they are all neighbours in Notting Hill.
David isn't the only Beckham Rita has been spotted partying with either – despite their eight-year age gap, the singer was spotted on a boozy night out in Notting Hill with Brooklyn last year.
A source said the pair "got on like a house on fire" – although it's since been reported they're nothing more than close friends.
Becky with the 'good hair'
Rita was initially signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label, and appeared in his Young Forever music video in 2009.
In 2013, rumours started appearing in US gossip magazines about Rita and Jay-Z having an affair, something Rita attempted to shut down on a talk show by saying she didn't want to "disrespect Beyoncé".
Shortly after, CCTV footage of Solanage attacking Jay Z in the lift went viral with fans suggesting she was furious about his rumoured affairs.
They returned in full swing when Beyoncé released her album Lemonade in 2016 that took a swipe at her husband Jay-Z's alleged infidelity.
A line about him cheating with "Becky with the good hair" was believed to be about Rita, who did nothing to dispel the rumours, posting a selfie while wearing a lemon-print bra and a 'J' necklace and getting the wrath of Beyoncé's loyal fanbase as a result.
She finally broke her silence on the rumoured affair in 2016, three years after the pair were first linked, saying: "I never usually address tabloid gossip but let me be clear, these rumours are false.
"I have nothing but the utmost respect for Beyonce. Let’s continue enjoying Lemonade."

MMA fighter Conor has been with girlfriend Dee Devlin for nine years, and she's stuck by his side throughout his career.
Fans slammed Rita, branding the caption "disrespectful" and forcing her to change it.
While Dee kept a dignified silence over the furore, rival fighter Artem Lobov tweeted: "sorry Rita, Burgers are nice but not when a man has steak at home".
He was branded a "savage hero" by fans for his comments.
Raunchy performances with Liam Payne
It was also rumoured that Rita was behind Cheryl and Liam Payne's breakup in July this year, after they caused controversy when they raunchily performed For You, their duet for the Fifty Shades film, on a US show.
A later performance at the Brit Awards — with Cheryl in the audience — saw their choreography toned down.
During this time, Liam said him and Cheryl had been through a tense patch.
Rita later retorted: "I obviously tried to respect Cheryl and everything that was going down at the time.
“I was very professional, as was Liam, and I completely stayed out of it. We had one goal — to promote the single, and we did just that.”
In fact, our source says, far from damaging Rita's image, her handsome, famous friends to the opposite: "She knows how to use it – and so far it has always benefited her, regardless of how things turn out in the end."
However a month after Liam and Cheryl's split, Rita was papped getting close to him, grinding against him and looking as if they were about to lock lips.
'Cheating with nearly 20 dudes' and getting cosy with former flames
Rita's first high-profile boyfriend was Rob Kardashian, who she dated from November 2011 to December 2012.
However, when the pair split, Rob – who said he gained almost three stone following the breakup – launched into an astonishing rant about the singer.
He tweeted: "How can a woman who is so busy trying to start her own career have time to be with so many dudes all while in a relationship?
“She cheated on me with nearly 20 dudes while we were together, I wonder how many she will sleep with now that we are apart."
Astonishingly, in a now-deleted tweet, Rita retorted "Rob's d**k was whack, I had to go get it somewhere else," and later denied that the pair were even in a relationship.
She has also faced other accusations of cheating on her blokes throughout her career.
Our insider adds: "She has issues settling with one man even when it’s a really great guy and even talks about this in her songs.
"When it comes down to it, Rita’s priorities in life are her family and her group of close friends. In romantic relationships, she’s a bit more flippant.
Ultimately, Rita has said she's "too busy for relationships" – something our insider agrees with.
"Her lifestyle is crazy – she’s widely regarded as one of the hardest working musicians around," they say.
"She is jetting around the world all the time so naturally it’s hard to commit to a man, unless he’s willing to follow her around.
"She likes intimacy but the nature of her business means she can sometimes only get it in bits and pieces."
