The dance partners, who were caught snogging earlier this month, will perform the quickstep – described as one of the most "light-hearted" routines.
The duo will dance to Jake Bugg's track Lightening Bolt – a week after the cheating pair delivered the Charleston to the sound of Lunchmoney Lewis' Bills.
The quickstep is a fast routine that is often performed to more upbeat melodies – making it the perfect choice for those wanting to turn down the heat.
Before images in The Sun showed the couple kissing, the pair had performed more saucy routines.
Movies week saw the pair don sexy latex outfits and perform to the unhurried Matrix theme song.
Seann and Katya avoided being booted out of the competition as Katie Piper was voted off the BBC1 show last weekend.
After his shock victory, the comedian, 32, said he was "relieved" at getting enough public votes.
He confessed: "“There was a point where I thought ‘I can’t do this’.
"I went back to where I was staying and kept practising and practising on my own.”
It was their first dance since images in The Sun showed Seann kissing Katya.
After the result, a show source said: "He didn’t stop in the bar for a drink with the other contestants and went straight home to avoid anymore trouble."
Judges and dance pros were furious they avoided the chop.
Meanwhile Katya’s dance colleagues were upset that she and comic Seann got extra help from a choreographer for their tricky Charleston routine.
