The Real Housewives of New York star has been making a lot of changes since she went to rehab. Throughout that time she has on the hunt for a new home in New York. Luann de Lesseps bought a home in Hudson Valley that is worth $1 million

The reality star is moving on with her life in a new home. According to Bravo, her new place has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and overlooks the Hudson River. The view, space, and more reportedly make it worth $1 million. She is still keeping her place in the city and the Hamptons.
Luann de Lesseps’ hunt for a new home made headlines before because it almost resulted in a legal battle between her and her kids.
She was previously sued by her ex-husband and kids after she sold a home

Earlier this year, Luann de Lesseps made headlines when she was sued by her ex-husband, Alexandre de Lesseps, her daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, and son, Noel de Lesseps. They claimed she breached an agreement that she would create a trust for the children with money derived from the potential sale of a home in Bridgehampton.
The agreement also required the mother “fund the trust with an undivided one-half interest in and to the Marital Residence” according to court documents. They claimed she sold the home for $8 million back on Nov. 14, 2014, then bought a new home in Southampton for $3.1 million. She then allegedly didn’t create that trust.
Not long after that, the reality star went back to rehab. Afterward, she opened up about her reaction to the lawsuit. “I felt betrayed,” she said on Today with Megyn Kelly. “I felt so hurt by that because I really wanted to move on and I really wanted to flip this house and get the other one. … I had my heart set on that house. … I was devastated, and so I lost it.”
The good thing is that Luann de Lesseps told Andy Cohen that the family is doing fine after the legal filing. “Everything is great with the kids,” she clarified on Watch What Happens Live! “It was a big hiccup about me wanting to get a house upstate and not being in the Hamptons, so I decided to keep the Hamptons home. And I’m getting a house upstate in any case. So it all worked out and the kids are great.”
Luann de Lesseps will be returning to Real Housewives of New York, which should be interesting given she had to miss last season’s reunion. Perhaps the new home and working out the real estate drama will be shown on the show.
