Piers Morgan left in agony as Ant McPartlin's ex Lisa Armstrong plucks his eyebrows

PIERS Morgan was left in "agony" after Ant McPartlin's ex, Lisa Armstrong, plucked his eyebrows as she did his make-up for the filming of the new series of Piers Morgan's Life Stories.

The 53-year-old presenter took to his Instagram Story to film the giggling make-up artist as he complained about her grooming techniques.

The clip starts with Piers filming himself in the mirror while 42-year-old Lisa puts powder on him with a make-up brush.

He rants: "So here I am being made up for Life Stories", turning the camera onto Lisa the star continues: "She has just plucked my eyebrows agonisingly – without permission."

Filming his producer, Piers adds: "And she has just introduced 18 'right of replies', to which the answer is 'no'."

Life Stories is just one of the many shows that Lisa is make-up artist for, also being famed for her work on BBC hit Strictly Come Dancing.

However, the star was left devastated last year when it was announced that ITV bosses had dropped her from Britain's Got Talent after it was confirmed that her ex-husband, Ant, would be returning as host of the show.

Meanwhile, The Sun's Bizarre column revealed earlier this month that Michael Barrymore will be making his return to prime-time television as a guest on Life Stories when it hits our screens this summer.

A source said at the time: "Michael is a huge name for the show and bosses hope that viewers will flock to see him.

"He’s had a very interesting life and, despite being away from the spotlight, there is a huge amount to talk about. Piers won’t be giving him an easy ride."

Michael — loved by millions for his Awight! catchphrase and hit shows in the 80s and 90s — was arrested in 2001 after Stuart Lubbock was found dead in a swimming pool at the star’s Essex home.

The TV star  was released without charge but he blamed the incident for destroying his A-list career.

In 2017, he sued police for wrongful arrest but was only awarded nominal damages.

Over the past few years Michael has appeared on low-rent reality shows including Celebrity Big Brother, Come Dine With Me and Coach Trip.
