Joel, 32, shared an Instagram story of Olivia, panning the camera to her endless pins, before the show.
Later Andi, 48, branded her shorts a "denim G-string" live on air and Olivia quipped: "They have gone right up there and all."
It was in stark contrast to the rest of the crew, with Holly sporting a soaked mac coat – but some fans loved it.
One said: "Loving how Olivia Attwood's shorts are particularly short. I'm a red blooded male, shoot me."
The star arrived Down Under and immediately hit the sunbeds with fellow reality TV siren Megan McKenna.
The pair stripped down to their bikinis as they topped up their tan by their hotel pool.
They seemed to be enjoying their downtime, sipping on cocktails and eating snacks while chilling on a lounger.

Sources have revealed they had been together throughout the series and she kept the secret romance from TV producers.
A recent Instagram story by Bradley, 24, showed BD, heart and OJ ornaments below his TV standing for ‘Bradley Dack loves Olivia Jade’ — her middle name.
She posted a pic on Instagram of her in Dubai, where the pair regularly went on holiday together, with a snus tin (smokeless tobacco) next to her.
A source told the Sun: “It’s one of the worst kept secrets in showbiz.
“Bradley is a special person to Olivia and there will always be feelings there.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Liv married to Brad tomorrow in a Las Vegas wedding.”
