The 27-year-old star reconciled with the 24-year-old football ace after her split from Chris Hughes, who she met on Love Island last year.
But it was assumed they'd called time on the romance again when she was announced as a contestant on the dating show and she was last pictured out with the Blackburn Rovers footballer in June.
Now a witness has claimed they enjoyed a cosy date in Burnley's Stanley House Hotel and Spa this week.
A source told The Mirror: "They were sat on their phones for a while hardly saying much to each other then they appeared very loved up.
"She sat on his knee with her arms around him and was kissing him."
Later, they enjoyed an Indian dinner and were spotted holding hands.
The insider added to the publication: "If she gets one day off and drives all that way to see him I'd say they must be pretty serious."
Olivia is set to go on a string of dates with potential suitors on the E4 show – and bosses were said to be delighted to have her on board.
A TV insider told The Sun: “Olivia will be brilliant on the show – she’s great value and genuinely looking for a new man.
“Fans of hers have been desperate to see her back on TV following her time on Love Island last year and spin-off show with Chris.
“She will start filming for the series this week and is already excited to get to know the other singletons at the mixer launch party.”
Olivia rose to fame last year when she found love with Chris and they went on to star in ITVBe show Crackin’ On.
She's now set to be guided by Nadia and Paul Carrick Brunson on her quest to find love again.
Joining Olivia on this series are Chloe Sims, Eyal Booker, Amy Tapper and Vas Morgan.
The show will be aired later this year.
