Last August, Olivia, 26, was signed up in a mega money deal following her huge success on the ITV2 show.
However insiders told The Sun Online her contract wasn’t renewed after her new Love Island rival Dani landed a £500,000 deal with the brand.
A source said: “Dani is seriously hot property right now and everyone wants a piece of her.
“Last year’s Love Island stars are becoming old news while this year’s crop of stars are massively in demand.
“Dani has nearly double Olivia’s social media followers, with three million people following her Instagram account. That’s huge for a brand like In The Style and they have to move with the times.”
Olivia – who had two ranges with the popular company – was signed for a six month contract which ran out in February.
She has still promoted the company on her social media and the company’s CEO Adam Frisby told The Sun Online they still had a good relationship.
“We have a fantastic relationship with Olivia both personally and professionally.
“Our contract with Olivia was only ever for six months. We absolutely loved working with her and look forward to potentially working together again on other projects.
“We do have lots of very exciting launches coming up, so keep your eyes peeled…”
Dani, 22, signed the mega-money deal with In The Style earlier this month and will stand alongside join Binky Felstead, Charlotte Crosby and Billie Faiers as brand ambassadors.
An insider told The Sun Online: “Dani jumped at the chance to sign up to In The Style – she loves the brand and can’t wait to design her own range.
“She’s the perfect match – everyone loves her and they think she’ll be the perfect face for the company.”
