The pair enjoyed some retail therapy at discount retailer Target and seemed more than happy in each other's company.
And they weren't shy about hiding their affection for each other as they openly hugged and kissed as they waited for the elevator.
The former One Direction star, 24, and Hailee, 21, also wore co-coordinating outfits – white T-shirts and blue shorts and jeans matched with white trainers.
In the store, Hailee purchased a WarmMist humidifier and carried it back to the car as Niall carried some bottles of water for the pair.
They were first spotted together in April and have remained fairly tight-lipped on exactly what is going on.
In June it was reported that they were caught snogging at BBC Music's Biggest Weekend.
Niall and the brunette beauty had both performed at the event, held in Swansea, and one Radio 1 producer claimed to have spotted them kissing backstage.
Speaking on Nick Grimshaw's Breakfast Show, producer Fiona Hanlon confirmed that she had seen the pair smooching.
She said: "They were snogging, they were. So cute."
Meanwhile, Niall has revealed he is planning on taking a break from the limelight when his tour ends in September.
He will take time off before starting work on his second solo record, having struggled to make it while touring.
He revealed his plans in an exclusive interview with The Sun.
The star said: “Having the band there is great so in the soundchecks we will jam out something and see what happens.
“Nothing has really come yet. When I’m on tour I get into such a routine.
"And when you’re writing songs I feel like that needs to be 100 per cent your focus.
“So I’m going to take a couple of months off after the tour, which finishes in September. Then I’ll just write until I’ve got good tunes. I’m not coming back until I do.
“I find that the slower songs come more naturally for me. I would like to create a bit more of the up-tempo stuff and try to cement my sound. That’s something to work on.”
