The television presenter, 40, revealed the news with a stunning picture of her bump on Instagram today captioning the picture simply with a love heart emoji.
She is already the mother to two daughters, Ava, 11 and seven-year-old Hero.
Myleene divorced their father, Graham Quinn in 2013, and is now in a happy relationship with Simon Motson.
Last year she described Fashion PR powerhouse Simon as the "love of her life".
They began dating after Simon's divorce in 2015 and he is also a father to two children.
She told Fabulous magazine: "I just thank my lucky stars. I can't believe I'm here and that everything has aligned.
"And the fact I could have missed out on having such an incredible man in my life would have been the biggest travesty of all."
Towie star Jess Wright was one of the first people to issue their congratulations to Myleene's post.
She commented: "Congratulations Myleene!!!! This is so beautiful & amazing. I'm so happy for you!"
Fans of the classicially trained musician flocked to share their well-wishes with her after her happy news.
