Megan Barton Hanson strips off for a topless spray tan as Wes Nelson and Vanessa Bauer are called 'lovebirds' by Phillip Schofield

The reality TV beauty bared all in a saucy Instagram story as her ex Wes Nelson and skating partner Vanessa Bauer were branded “lovebirds” on Dancing on Ice.

Ex-Love Island star Megan was wearing just a nude thong in the racy vid that she captioned: “Getting Full Monty ready”.

Meanwhile her former flame Wes skated his way to a series high score of 38 over on ITV.

When Wes and Vanessa were introduced by Phillip Schofield, he described them as a “pair of romantic love birds”.

Phillip said: “To prepare they’ve spent the week getting hot, sweaty and breathless.”

But co-host Holly Willoughby clarified: “That is what happens when you go to the gym.”

Wes and Vanessa impressed judges Jason Gardiner, Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean with their fancy footwork on Sunday night's show, and each awarded the pair a score of 9.5 out of 10.

Gardiner said the performance was "sublime to watch".

"I can't even speak… thank you so much," Nelson said, as the audience cheered and clapped.

It comes after Wes confirmed Megan has blocked him on Instagram since splitting last month.

The Love Island favourite, 20, told This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes that he is currently unable contact his 24-year-old ex.

Responding to Phil's question about the social media block, the heartbroken star said: "Yeah I can't really contact her."

The reality star also dispelled rumours that he and his professional ice skating partner Vanessa were an item.

Defiant Wes, who appeared on the show on Valentine's day, said: "We're not an item.

"It's nothing like that and it's never going to be anything like that."

Speaking about his sudden split, the DOI hopeful admitted that his training was the main reason behind it and not Vanessa.

He shared: "Vanessa this, Vanessa that – it's not like that. With training it made it difficult to plan ahead.

"When you come home you want to know that the three hours that you get home is quality time".

The ITV star added how Megan wished he didn't take part in the ten-week long skating show as it has "taken over his life".

When challenged by Phil as to why she couldn't wait ten weeks, he said: "You can’t just say, 'Wait for me'. If it's making you that upset and sad, who am I [to tell you to wait].

Saara Aalto kicked off Sunday's Dancing on Ice episode by performing a daring spin called the "bladebanger".

The move, which saw Aalto's skating partner Hamish Gaman swinging her around by her feet, helped the pair earn 30 out of 40.

Ryan Sidebottom and his skating partner Brandee Malto earned a score of 24, after a performance the judges agreed showed improvement.

Gardiner said the cricketer was "a bit of a turkey" at the start of the competition, but that his latest routine was "elegant".
