The Love Island star, 24, drafted in beautician to the stars Shane Cooper to give her rear a non-surgical boost as boyfriend Wes Nelson watched TV on the sofa.
Megan wrote on Instagram: "Back with @shanecooperuk Getting Red Carpet ready ❤ I’ve had my bespoke head to toe treatment for my body and face.
"Love that they non-surgical and help with cellulite reduction & body contouring with out having to spend hours in the gym!! I’m the most lazy person so for me this is heaven, toning whilst watching tv ??."
The beauty also had a range of face treatments to get her read for her celebrity events.
The extensive session comes just a week after she changed her hairdo – lopping off her locks and going for a dazzling new colour.
She claimed her new look had a Game of Thrones vibe.
Taking to social media, Megan took a moment out of her hectic daily life to give fans an update.
Posing for the camera via Instagram, she revealed her new silver-blonde colour.
“Massive thank you to @hairbysarrah for coming round last night and making this silver dream happen!” she gushed as she shared photos of her new style.
And it seems that Megan was hoping to channel her inner fantasy queen as she compared herself to dragon-owning and boob-flashing TV icon Daenerys Targaryen from HBO’s hit show Game of Thrones.
“Khaleesi vibes,” Megan wrote alongside her photo – referencing the ‘Mother of Dragons’ character played by MTV Movie award nominee Emilia Clarke.
Clearly proud of her new look, Megan added: "New hair new me."
She then pulled some hilariously funny faces, captioning the moment: “Always this face.”
