People have found a number of different vices to help get them through a trio of national lockdowns. Whether it be baking banana bread, running 5km or binge watching Married at First Sight Australia, all three are perfectly valid coping mechanisms.
Each night on E4 us Brits have been able to sit back and enjoy the unfolding drama the other side of the globe from the comfort of our sofas ever since the series began at the turn of the year.
However, with the final episode of the current series airing tonight, many of the show's hardcore UK fanbase are desperate to know when they can get their next fix of MAFSA.
The string of episodes most recently shown in the UK were actually filmed way back in 2019, meaning that a further two series of the show have already been filmed, with series eight already being aired down under.
However, fear not as Channel 4 have calmed the fanatical fanbase with the news that series seven of Married at First Sight Australia will hit these shores via E4 this summer.

Until then, tonight's episode will be the final taste of MAFSA action before the summertime – and plenty of fireworks are expected in the series finale as all the former contestants return for one last meal.
The episode's preview has already shed light on what is set to be an awkward final show, with Lizzy, Ines and Sam all coming face to face following their love triangle fiasco, while Cyrell and Jess will face off for the second time.
What more could you ask for from a Monday evening?
