Marnie Simpson slammed by trolls for 'fake' bloating in advert for diet shake after undergoing liposuction

The Geordie Shore star has been open about her cosmetic procedures over the years, which include a nose job, breast implants, lip fillers and 3D liposuction.

But the 27-year-old has now insisted the Boom Bod seven-day tea has helped her ditch her "naughty cravings" and get rid of bloating.

Her latest Instagram post sees her comparing a picture of her wearing a sports bra and tracksuit bottoms with a separate image of her in hotpants and a bralette holding the Weight Loss Shot Drink.

It reads: "#ad Goodbye bloating and HELLO @boombod Banished all my naughty cravings and got some amazing RESULTS with the 7 day achiever!

"It’s quick, it’s easy and it works.. what more could a girl ask for? Grab some for yourself today it’s BOGO FREE!"

But fans were left unimpressed with the promotional upload because she has previously gone under the knife.

Some hit out at Marnie for posing in a different way and changing her outfit to give the illusion her size has changed.

One commented: "Haahaha u just pose in a diferent way We are not fool."

Another added: "What a waste of all that surgery money was … stop advertising s**t that doesn’t work u look like u do from surgery simple as."

A third added: "Don’t look any different."

A separate Instagrammer reacted: "Is she for real she’s literally changed her pants."

Another agreed: "Pulling your pants down from your hips doesn’t trick anyone false advertisement and body expectations!!!!"

While one raged: "Thick joggers , belly pushed out and poor posture to skimpy shorts sucking it in and standing in a much more flattering position… ok babes."

Yet another felt the post was "offensive" because of their own condition.

They vented: "As someone with a bowel condition, who bloats everyday, these pictures are actually offensive.

Marnie previously admitted she had "bore holes" above her privates after failing take doctors' advice following her liposuction procedure.
