The 24-year-old model and her boyfriend Wes Nelson were the first couple to sit on Caroline Flack's sofa and open up about their hectic week after leaving the paradise villa.
But when the Southend beauty spoke about her reported feud with Georgia, 20, it was her pearly whites that had people transfixed.
Dozens of viewers flocked to twitter to say Megan's bright veneers were "glowing" and "blinding" them on their sofas.
One person said: "Megan is so unbelievably beautiful but wow, those teeth!! #LoveIsland #LoveIslandReunion."

Caroline cornered Megan and asked her about her reported feud with Sam Bird's girlfriend.
Asked why she said she didn't like Georgia, Megan replied: "It's not even like that, I'm shy and she is very extroverted, it's not that I didn't like her I just didn't get it.
"I wasn't used to being around people like that."
Caroline then turned to Georgia, who said: "It's OK boo. No need to worry darling," and she looked away awkward as she sipped her wine.
Megan opened up to The Sun about her surgery, after it was estimated she'd spent £40,000 on cosmetic procedures.
She said about her surgery: “I don’t think it should be a massive negative thing. If you want to do something to make you feel more comfortable and you can do it, then why not?
“I didn’t take these decisions trying to be a role model. I did it for me. I’m not ashamed of it. I’ve done what I’ve done because it made me feel comfortable."
