The 39-year-old mum was treated to a baby shower themed show on her last day before her maternity leave.
The Sun's Dan Wootton, who is Lorraine's showbiz correspondent, promised viewers the physic cat would reveal whether Christine is having her first baby boy or girl with hubby Frank Lampard.
Early on, he told her: "The psychic cat got the World Cup right, got Love Island right, it cannot fail you"
At the end of the show, the excited stars gathered on set and the grey feline was presented with two bowls of milk with pink and blue flags.
Viewers could see the cat sniffing and licking milk from the pink bowl.
Christine looked overjoyed at the results and thanked everyone for her lovely send off.
She said: "I feel really good. I feel a bit nervous now. I feel like I've been in a lovely bubble on this show.
"Thank you so much everyone for all of your kind messages, even Piers Morgan!"
Celebs including Phillip Schofield, Andrea McLean, Stacey Solomon, and Piers all wished Christine well on her new adventure via video messages.
Andrea said: "Good luck with your maternity leave, you are gong to be the best mum because you are kind and giving!"
Janet Street Porter added: "I've never had a baby so I don't know what it feels like, but I did do a film about being a midwife, so when you're ready to pop it out, give me a call."
Stacey Solomon begged her not to and said: "Don't call her! I love you so much, take all the drugs you can."
Piers couldn't resist talking about football when he recorded his video message from his holiday.
He said: "It's going to be exciting, unpredictable, a challenge in the Lampard household.
"There are a couple of big transfers in January, and I think Derby will do just fine."
