The 38-year-old attended the Gift Of Life Marrow Registry's Inaugural One Huge Night Gala last night and was praised for starting massive social media campaigns to help find donors for two people in need.
In 2016, Kim threw her support behind the Hope4Adam campaign.
Adam Krief was diagnosed with an aggressive form of bloody cancer and needed a life-saving bone marrow transplant.
He failed to get match from 20 million on the worldwide registry so Kim stepped in and reached out to her 60 million followers.
Unfortunately no match was found but off the back of Kim’s support, an extra 10,000 joined the Gift Four Lie life and it resulted in four donor-recipient matches and one transplant.
The mum-of-three, who was presented the award from Krief's widow Leah, looked nothing short of a Grecian Goddess in the figure-hugging white silk creation.
The stunning reality star scraped her hair up into a sexy half up 'do and rocked a glamorous pink eye-shadow to make her brown eyes pop.
Kim looked incredible in the floor-length gown which she paired with transparent stilettos so as not to distract from the dress itself.
The star revealed that she is being "harassed" by her husband Kanye West to have more children.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star already has daughters North and Chicago, as well as son Saint with the rapper, but he wants another four kids.
On Sunday night's episode of the E! show Kim opens up to her friend, Larsa Pippen, about the couple's family plans.
She said: "Kanye wants to have more, though.
"He’s been harassing me.
"He wants like seven. He’s like stuck on seven."
However, the reality star is not quite as keen about expanding her brood because she doesn't want to endure any more sleepless nights.
She explained: "[Seven kids is] crazy.
"I could never, especially in like the world we live in.
"I’ve been kinda hesitant about having more kids because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this."
Kim had a surrogate mother carry her third child, after she was told it would be unsafe for her to have another baby because she had preeclampsia and placenta accreta during her first pregnancy.
The 38-year-old has admitted she felt "unsexy" and unlike herself when she was expecting.
Speaking previously she said: "I was somebody who gained 60 or 70 pounds in my pregnancies and felt so unlike myself and so unsexy.
She continued: "Literally, at the end, when you can’t even have sex, I thought, 'I’m never going to have sex again in my life!' I just felt so bad about myself in my soul."
