Kim Kardashian can be seen threatening Tristan Thompson as she comes face-to-face with him for the first time after he was caught cheating on her sister.
Khloe went into labour within hours of a string of photographs and videos of her boyfriend Tristan cheating on her while she was pregnant emerged.
And in this new clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians , Kim isn’t best pleased about being in the same room as him.
Khloe was insistent that despite his cheating, she wanted him in the delivery room as she gave birth to their first child, daughter True.
Kim had been seen in the last episode talking to sister Kourtney and Khloe’s best friend, Malika Haqq , about how she’d react when she saw Tristan.
In the new clip, Khloe is lying in her hospital bed with an oxygen mask over her mouth as Tristan and Kim awkwardly stand by each other.
Khloe asks: "Are you going to say ‘Hi’ to each other, or no?"
They oblige by giving each other an awkward hug, but the second Tristan’s back is turned, Kim makes a cutting motion across her throat, laughing as she threatens him.
Kim then says to the camera: "The vibe in the room is calm. I thought there would be way more tension.
"As much as I want to go off, I just don’t think it’s the time, so I’m just gonna keep it cute, I don’t have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her."
In the previous episode, Khloe was in Cleveland and away from her family when the pictures of NBA star Tristan came out.
The following day, she contacted mum Kris Jenner to say she’d gone into labour, and the famous family rushed to get to Khloe in time for the birth.
