The 38-year-old showed off a bling-tastic mouth 'grill' with a diamond cross between her front teeth on Twitter, writing simply: "New grillz."
Snap-happy Kim famously posted a photo of her wearing a bejewelled grill days before thieves struck in Paris, tying her up at gunpoint while almost naked.
Fans were quick to remind her of that fact, with one writing: "Kim… Last time we flexed like this you got robbed! Smh."
Others were critical of her flaunting her incredible wealth full stop, tweeting: "Pretty trashy..they might be a million pound but there better ways of splashing money."
Another said simply: "Grow up."
Kim was attacked in the French capital in 2016 when thugs dressed as Paris police officers stole £8.5 million of jewels and her 20 carat engagement ring.
She later told how they grabbed her while she was wearing only a dressing gown and bound her with tape while they emptied her purse.
The armed thugs escaped with the haul, sparking an enormous manhunt across the French capital.
A total of 10 people were been charged the following year – including five accused of a direct role in the robbery.
Kim later went on TV to insist she was no longer materialistic, claiming she doesn't even wear jewellery.
She told Ellen DeGeneres: "I was definitely materialistic before, not that there's anything bad with having things and working hard to get those things.
"I'm really proud of everyone around me that's successful. But I'm so happy that my kids get this me, that this is who I am raising my kids.
She added: "I just don't care about that stuff anymore. I really don't."
With her voice breaking, Kim told Ellen: "I know it sounds crazy, but I know that was meant to happen to me.
"I don't want to start crying but I know it was meant to happen. I feel like I'm such a different person.
Judging by her most recent post – and the £6,400 designer bags he bought her children and nieces – that may no longer be the case.
