The mum-of-three captioned the image: "These two are inseparable #Chi #Saint"
She also has five-year-old daughter North with her rapper husband.
It comes as Kim looked every inch the biker babe when she dressed up for an evening out last night with Kanye.
The megastars left Matsuhisa Restaurant in Los Angeles to spend some time away from the kids and Kim wore a plunging black top and a tight skirt.
She looked incredible and the latex ensemble just about managed to keep her assets in place.
The star teamed herrock chick look with slim black shades and a pair of snakeskin boots.
On the same day Kim was spotted taking newly-single Kourtney Kardashian shopping to get over her recent split from Younes Bendjima.
The reality TV sisters were spotted in at a shopping centre in Los Angeles with Kourtney's daughter Penelope.
At one point Kim flashed a ginormous gold phone that looked like it had come straight out of the 1980s.
But the star struggled to get a grip on the accessory, which looked more like a clutch bag than a mobile.
Kourtney, 39, laughed at her sister, who trotted alongside her in snakeskin heels and a lime green mini-skirt.
The eldest Kardashian sibling held her daughter's hand tightly, but she appeared happy and relaxed despite her very recent heartache.
According to TMZ, the mum-of-three dumped her 25-year-old boyfriend of two years and the pair have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
A source told the US website "it was Kourtney who pulled the plug on the relationship".
