The former stripper, 31, said he feels "sad" for Katie but insists she needs to focus on her children rather than her love life.
Kieran's marriage to Katie, 40, broke down at the start of this year and she went on to date personal trainer Kris Boyson, 29.
However, they split last month and she's now dating Essex toyboy Alex Adderson.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed that Katie has already introduced Alex to her children, and Kieran has said he's not happy about it.
He told the Mirror she shouldn't be letting the kids meet "man after man".
Kieran said: "She needs to put her kids first…
"I'm not happy about it… She's just finished with Kris [Boyson], she can't be introducing man after man after man to the kids…
"I see the other side of it, so they'll tell me what's going on."
When asked whether it was too soon for the kids to meet Alex, he added: "I have my own views on things like that…
"I do things properly with the kids."
Kieran has two children with Katie, Jett, five, and four-year-old Bunny.
He was also step-dad to her eldest son Harvey, 16, from a previous relationship, and Junior and Princess, from her marriage to Peter Andre.
Kieran – also said he wasn't happy about Harvey calling her new boyfriends 'dad' – went on to reveal he's still in touch with Junior and Princess, even though they've been living with Peter in recent months.
The Sun Online previously revealed that Katie introduced her kids to Alex during a sleepover at her house, but told them he was just a friend.
A source told us: "Alex is very much a part of Katie’s life and has stayed over at the house when Bunny and Jett have been there, so he’s met them.
"She’s only introduced him as a friend but they’ve met him. It might seem quick to most people but she’s really loved up with him."
