The heartbroken TV star, 34, reportedly broke up with the NBA player, 27, after he was spotted "making out" with Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods.
And in the wake of the furore, Khloe took to Instagram to address her heartbreak in several cryptic posts on Instagram.
The first post read: "The worst pain gettin hurt by a person you explained your pain to," followed by, "Somebody needs to hear this… That betrayal was your blessing!!!"
Another post added: "If they ask you about me, tell them: "She was the only person that loved me with honesty, and I broke her."
Before she shared the pointed posts, the reality star liked a tweet written by a fan which slammed her ex and called him a "sick man".
The fan said: "@khloekardashian dont let anyone ever say this is your fault!
"He is a sick man and if its true, then she is a terrible woman, both terrible people that do not deserve your love.
Adding: "TRUE does and ur doing great showing her that love."
In the wake of controversy, sports star Tristan reportedly "doesn't care" that his relationship with Khloe is over and he won't be "trying to win her back".
"He honestly doesn't really care and was over it. He was never trying to win Khloé back.
"Tristan's friends are all just thinking, 'What an idiot'."
Meanwhile, Khloe's recent social media activity comes shortly after the mum-of-one deleted Tristan from her Instagram and stepped out with her best friend Malika Haqq to attend the opening of Pretty Little Thing in West Hollywood.
The mother-of-one was booked to host the party with model Ashley Graham, and did not smile once for waiting photographers following her ex-boyfriend's shock cheat scandal.
But, while Khloe and Malika are putting on a united front amid the basket ball player's latest cheating allegations, things aren't so great for Kylie, 21, after TMZ claimed that Jordyn, also, 21, has moved out of the house they share together.
"Sources connected to Jordyn said the 21-year-old will be moving out of Kylie's Hidden Hills mansion and in with her mom. The decision to move out was Jordyn's.
They added: "As for Khloe… she's devastated over the split with Tristan, but is trying her best to keep a brave face for her daughter, family and friends."
