The 45-year-old star is yet to confirm who will replace his pal on the comedy panel show, but confirmed he has an exciting project in store with I'm A Celebrity runner up Emily.
Speaking about the longstanding rumours that Emily is being lined up, Keith said: "I love Emily, I have been talking about doing a telly programme with her.
"It is someone you know otherwise it would be weird."
Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Friday, he added: "Fearne has finished, the last series was her last series.
"I do know who (her replacement is) is but once it's confirmed I'll come back and give you an exclusive."
Emily is most famous for playing Charlotte in the Inbetweeners.
She then packed her bags for the I'm A Celebrity jungle, where she made it to the final and finished in second place.
She's become good pals with Keith – real name Leigh Francis – and he recently invaded her home in the latest episode of Through The Keyhole – and he made some BIZARRE discoveries.
He turned her London flat upside down as he scoured for hidden gems.
Aamong his finds was a photo of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney.
The framed snap stood pride of place in actress Emily's bedroom – feet from her queen-size bed complete with floral blue sheets.
But comic Keith was blown away by another discovery in The Inbetweeners star's wardrobe.
He managed to unearth the schoolgirl uniform Emily wore in the hit Channel 4 comedy.
Holding the uniform aloft, Keith said it he was going to keep it and "maybe wear it sometimes".
Elsewhere, fans were shown Emily's spacious living room with its luxurious velvet sofas.
Viewers were granted all access to the student-chic pad in North West London.
