Katya was partnered with Pasha Kovalev, while her hubby danced with Luba Mushtuk during an energetic baseball-themed routine.
The couple didn't dance together on last week's show, days after photos of Katya snogging her partner Seann Walsh emerged.
And while Katya has insisted her marriage to Neil is "absolutely fine", the duo failed to partner up again during the playful sports routine.
Clad in American costume and with baseball bats in hand, the couple performed a number of impressive moves and lifts – but with their new partners Luba and Pasha instead.

The show opener was an unusual mash up of Britney Spears' hit Baby One More Time and the classic Hit The Road Jack.
Their distance did not go unnoticed by fans, who took to Twitter to write: "Katya leading a dance to a break-up track, awks."
A sneak peek at the dance on Friday's It Takes Two had revealed the couple would be kept apart for the second week in a row.
Fans were outraged when Seann and Katya were saved by the judges last night and TV and radio presenter, Vick Hope was sent home along with her partner Graziano Di Prima.
