The pop star's impressive Hollywood Hills home has been up for sale for two-and-a-half-years but is now it's off the market
The 34-year-old's posh pad comes complete with huge pool, outdoor pizza oven and it's own SPA.
The lucky new owner is none other than restaurateur Michael Chow, the founder of the Mr. Chow franchise and his new wife Vanessa Rano, according to Variety.
The 7,500 sq. foot home also inludes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
Katy bought the mansion from heiress Aileen Getty back in April of 2013.
The central area of the residence is a Spanish-style stone courtyard, and an outdoor pool area that includes a spa, cabana, fireplace and pizza oven.
An adjacent guard house as well as a two-story home for guests sit separate from the main home.
Other perks of the house include a large home gym and huge garage.
The home also includes an outdoor amphitheatre and manicured gardens.
No doubt she will use the cash from the sale of the home to put towards her marital home with Hollywood hunk Orlando.
The pair got engaged last month after dating on and off for the past few years.
This week it was revealed that couple plan to get married at Disney World with Lionel Richie providing the music.
Katy recently revealed how Orlando extravagantly popped the question in a helicopter – but things didn't quite go to plan.
She confessed: "It was Valentine's Day. We went to dinner and I thought we were going to see some art after dinner but we pulled up to a helicopter.
"The funny part is we had champagne in the helicopter and the [ring] box was in his pocket and he had written down everything he wanted to say on a note to divert."
But his plan to distract Katie with his romantic note fell flat when he struggled to remove the large ring box from his coat pocket.
Katy quipped: "He's pulling out this box that's too big for his coat pocket and he rips his coat pocket and then his elbow goes into the champagne!"
The Roar hitmaker began dating Orlando in 2016 after meeting at a Golden Globes bash in January 2016.
They split briefly in March 2017 before rekindling their romance just a few months later.
